Little Hoot's Children's Boutique Customer and Purchasing Policies

Please note we do not process or ship orders Saturdays and Sundays. We process and ship all orders Monday through Friday in the order in which they are received. We ship daily, we make it our goal to get you your merchandise out as soon as possible.

Payment Options
  • Credit Card

If you use a Credit Card for your purchase from your item will ship in the order it was received and without any payment processing delay. All credit card transactions are final.

  • PayPal

You do not need a PayPal account to check out with PayPal. It will give you the option to use your PayPal account or not while your checking out.

  • E-Check

We do not ship an order until the e check clears. E checks can take anywhere from a few days to weeks to clear. We do not hold your items until the e check clears so if you order and your transaction does not clear before we are out of stock on the item you purchased you will be issued a refund for these items. You cannot purchase a rush order via e-check.

Order Status

Once your order has been shipped you will get an email sent to you with a tracking number from our website. You can use that number to track your package through USPS tracking. 

Condition Of Use and Material

We advise our customers to never leave a young child unsupervised while using our products. Our products contain small components and could potentially become a choking hazard. All products are for use at your own risk. By placing an order you agree that Little Hoots Children's Boutique, LLC accepts no liability for use, misuse, or lack of supervision while using our products.

Colors can be skewed by monitors. Please be aware that we are not responsible for slight color variations. 

Material of most items we carry is a cotton/spandex blend material. (90% cotton/10% spandex) If a material varies from this it will be listed in the item title ex: its all knit cotton. Otherwise all materials are a blend similar to milk silk. 

Order Processing and Fulfillment

Please note that we do not process or ship orders Saturdays and Sundays. We process and ship all orders Monday through Friday. Orders are processed in the order in which they are received. We ship daily, we make it our goal to get you your merchandise as soon as possible. Standard turn around is 3-5 business days, but during holidays and weekends please allow up to 7-8 business day for your order to be fulfilled. If you purchase clearance items shipping time frame is 5-15 business days due to them being stored offsite so it takes longer to fulfull those. 


All items will be shipped Via USPS First Class (usually if under a pound) and mostly Priority Mail unless other arrangements have been made. Priority mail takes between 2-4 business days for delivery and USPS First Class or Parcel Post app 3-7 business days. Once the order has been shipped please allow 2-7 days shipping time. If you have any questions or concerns about shipping please feel free to contact us. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If you are having trouble tracking your package with the tracking number we provide please contact USPS. Little Hoots Children's Boutique, LLC. is NOT responsible for lost or damaged packages once they leave our location. USPS is responsible for proper care and handling of packages. Thank you! 

International Shipping

We do ship internationally to Canada only.

Clearance Items

All items purchased "On Clearance" are not eligible for returns and are considered Final Sales. 

All sales are final. By purchasing from Little Hoots Children's Boutique, LLC. you understand that sales are final and returns are only processed on a one by one basis ONLY  if there is a quality issue (holes, size issue, stain etc)

We do offer some presale items. Please allow 8-10 weeks for items to arrive. Again, all sales are final on preorder items and in stock items. If there is a preorder issue, refunds will be issued. If there is a pre-order delay, by purchasing, you understand that issues with international shipping can arise and agree to be patient while we get your pre-order items in. This is very rare!
